Remote Work

In the midst of the pandemic, OptiCall was able to quickly shift from a single location contact center to a remote work model with virtually no impact to our clients’ business operations. Based on our successful performance and feedback from employees, we have now made working remote a permanent option. This has provided more flexibility to our employees as well as allowed us to expand our talent pool to various locations in the United States.
